The primary focus for the Foundation’s employment priority area is building the capacity of community-based job training providers. We provide funding, consulting assistance and AmeriCorps*VISTA members to help these organizations build strong career training programs that work for low-income adults.
This video features two of the Foundation’s employment grantees: HIRED; and the International Institute of Minnesota. It focuses on two amazing graduates from these organizations who are building careers and continuing their education.
