About this Opportunity
This 3 day per week youth lifting program is designed to help teens build strength, confidence, and athletic skills in a safe and supportive environment. Each session focuses on proper technique, age appropriate resistance training, and full body movements to improve strength, coordination, and injury prevention. Workouts are coached and structured to match each athlete’s experience level, emphasizing consistency, teamwork, and longterm healthy habits.
