The Hopewell Music Fellowship is a hands-on, project-based program that provides real-world experience in music, community outreach, and creative production. Fellows support community-facing initiatives, assist with marketing and promotion, and help plan and execute events and programs. Participants work closely with mentors to build practical skills while contributing meaningfully to Hopewell’s mission. The program emphasizes leadership development, teamwork, and preparing youth for future opportunities in the arts and community work.
