About this Opportunity
This is a youth earn and learn program that supports career readiness, a first time job in the bakery, and connects to youth / community. The role is focused on learning career readiness skills such as customer service, time management, teamwork, communication, problem solving, decision making and financial literacy – the application of these skills will be in the social enterprise bakery where youth will support the production needs of cookies, baking, decorating, packaging, and shipping sweet treats to our customers.

- Daily start and end times: There are three working shifts available during the day times, with optional hours on the weekend.
