THE 927 BUILDING

The Phillips Family Foundation supports the Northside through our grantmaking and as owner of the 927 Building, located at the corner of West Broadway and Dupont Avenue North.

The 927 Building is an exceptional multi-tenant commercial office building. This 18,000-square-foot, three-story development offers newly remodeled office suites, carefully designed common spaces, abundant local art, and a rooftop patio available to tenants.

If you are interested in renting office space at the 927 Building, please contact Betty Siefert at M3S Realty at betty@m3srealty.com.

“The 927 Building is more than a redevelopment project. It’s a model of the kind of transformative investment that truly empowers local business and local communities.”

Calvin Littlejohn, CEO of TRI-Construction
