Tracy Lamparty (she/her)

Tracy Lamparty is the Director of Administration at the Foundation. She manages the Foundation’s grantmaking, administrative, financial, and IT operations. Tracy joined the Foundation as the Office Manager in 2008 and was promoted to Grants & Operations Manager in 2011. Tracy focuses her efforts on creating and maintaining efficiencies in both the office and the Foundation’s grants management operations. She also works with the Program Director- Education in the Education focus area and with the Education Advisory Committee. She serves as chair of the PEAK-Minnesota Regional Steering Committee as well as co-chair of the newly formed PEAK-Small Foundations Affinity Group. From 2001 to 2008 Tracy was the Office Manager at Al’s Master Plumbing/Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and managed the customer service area. Tracy earned her B.A. in International Relations and German Translation from Kent State University and completed her mini-MBA for Nonprofit Organizations at St. Thomas in 2010. She serves as the CFO for the Roseville Gymnastics Booster Association and served on the board of directors for the Superior Hiking Trail Association for 6 years. She lives in St. Paul with her husband, 2 busy girls and their 2 dogs, both of which are “career change” dogs from Can Do Canines.
